The Assessments Page

The Assessments page is your central hub for reviewing athlete assessment data in Uplift. Every assessment captured and processed in Uplift appears here, organized by athlete, movement type, and date.

Finding an Assessment

Use the search bar to find an assessment by athlete name, or use the filters to narrow by movement type or other criteria. Each row shows the athlete name, movement, date, number of captures collected, how many passed QA, and the assessment's current status.

Inside an Assessment

Click any assessment to open it. At the top, you'll see a plain-language summary of the session. Below that, three tabs organize the full assessment:

- Signals: Uplift's AI-generated movement evaluation for this session. Available for Baseball Hitting, Baseball Pitching, and Countermovement Jump assessments. [Learn more about Signals β†’]

- Breakdown: the full dashboard for this movement, including all metrics and charts.

- Details: capture-level information including timestamps, QA results, and devices used.

The Capture Viewer

Every assessment includes a 3D capture viewer. Select any capture to view it alongside a 3D model of the movement, with overlays like swing plane and timeline events like ball contact or peak pelvis velocity marked for easy navigation.
