As an admin or an owner of a group, you have the ability to facilitate an assessment for other members of your group from your own mobile device. This is useful for coaches, trainers, or parents who would like to run assessments for their athletes from a single device.

However, in some cases when selecting an athlete you may see their name grayed out, and "Unavailable" listed next to their name:

And the following when tapping their name to select them:

This is due to the fact that this user does not have assessments available on their account. This is because:

  • They are not a Pro Member, and

  • They are not in their free trial period

In either case, their ability to run assessments is limited, and because they cannot perform an assessment on their own account, group admins can also no perform assessments for them.

If this user adds a valid Pro membership (either by subscribing in the App Store, or by being added to an organization where their membership is paid for by the organization's plan), they will then be able to perform assessments for themselves, and have group admins perform assessments for them.
