Starting your trial of Uplift Capture

Follow these steps when working with a member of the Uplift team to begin your Uplift Capture trial.

If you're in communication with Uplift and have been invited to try the Uplift Capture movement analysis platform, follow these steps to get the app and create and activate your account.

Download the Uplift Capture app

The first step is to download the Uplift Capture app from the iOS app store on both devices you'll be using.

Uplift Capture must run on two of the same devices from our supported device list. Please ensure you are installing the app on supported devices.

Open the app and create your account

Once the app is downloaded and installed on both devices, open the app on one of your devices to begin creating your account. You will be greeted with the following login screen pictured on to the right.

You may also be asked to enable app notifications on this screen - please accept notifications to ensure you receive all important alerts and updates.

Tap "Get Started" to open the account creation screen.

On this screen, enter your name, email address, and password. This email address will also be where any auto-generated PDF reports are sent, and where we'll send system and app update emails, so make sure it's one you check regularly.

Accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and tap "Create Account" to finish creating your account.

Then on your second device, log into the app with the email and password you just used to create your account.

Accept app permissions

Upon creating your account and opening the app, you will be asked to accept permissions to find devices on your local network. Please allow these permissions; they're important to allow both devices to discovery, pair, and sync with one another.

Let Uplift know your account email

Upon account creation, your account will not yet be activated. Your contact at Uplift can activate your account as soon as you're ready to begin using the platform. When your account is not yet activated, you will be blocked from using the app with this screen >>

Send the email address you used to create your account to your Uplift representative, and they will activate your account. Alternately, you can send the email address you'll use to create the account before downloading and installing the app, and Uplift can set your account to be activated upon creation.

Once your account is activated, you will be able to see the full functionality within the app, and start your first Capture session.
