How to create and invite people to a group

Steps to Create Groups

Navigate to the Groups section via the icon on the app’s navigation bar. Tap the (+) button in the upper right corner, and select "Create Group". (or, if you have not joined any groups yet and are on the empty Groups section, tap "Create Group" from here).
Complete all available fields: Picture, name, and description, and tap "Create Group" at the bottom of the screen.

Inviting users to a group

Option 1: Send an invitation

Navigate to the groups section via the icon on the app’s navigation bar, and click on the group to which you'd like to invite someone.
Click “Invite” in the upper right corner
Search for existing user by name, and tap "Invite" next to their name

The Invite will be sent to the user on their uplift app. They will have the option to accept or decline.

Option 2: Share an Invite Code

Navigate to the groups section via the icon on the app’s navigation bar, and click on the group to which you'd like to invite someone.
Click “Invite” in the upper right corner
Copy the invite code by tapping the "Copy" button on the right. You can send this code to anyone you'd like to join the group.
Anyone with the code will be able to join your group from the uplift app Tell the user to navigate to the groups section, click the “plus” icon in the top right corner, click “Enter an Invite Code”
